CF mainsite WOD

Clean 1 rep every minute on the minute for 15 minutes.

  1. Started with and long warm-up since I have not done cleans for a while.
    Then did
    135 X 2
    145 X 4
    155 X 3
    165 X 3
    175 X 2
    185 X 1 attempt then back down to 175 for last rep.

    Need to work on my form as I struggled with the shrug
